I Accidentally Sent My Straight Friend a ContraPoints Video

YouTube and Life

Now, I have not heard from him for a week. Is the friendship over?

Screenshot of ContraPoints, courtesy of YouTube.

I meant to send my friend some Legal Eagle clips about his analysis of “It’s Only Sunny in Philadelphia’s” law related episodes.

It’s a great look at law in popular culture.

I have been having fun watching Legal Eagle’s videos where he takes a look at movies and television show and their portrayal of the practice of law.

I haven’t caught his name yet and it’s not in his “About” section on YouTube. I’m sure there’s a subreddit that is obsessed about Legal Eagle, but I’m not motivated enough to track it down. I’m enjoying his entertaining takes combined with explanations about what shows get right and where they fail (or take artistic license in the courtroom).

Here’s an episode about an arbitration the “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” crew hold out of court and in the bar room that is great. This is one of the two video links I meant to text to my friend to make him smile, when I blindsided him with a ContraPoints video.

Instead of sending the Legal Eagle video, I sent a Natalie Wynn ContraPoints video about “Shame.” I had copied it into my phone’s clipboard so I could save the link for something I was writing on here:

I always enjoy both Legal Eagle’s and ContraPoint’s commentaries on life from their various perspectives.
