Good MLM Leads Are What?

Do you wonder where the good MLM leads are? The ones that will actually have a conversation with you? Or those that will be enrolled in your business? Those that won’t have stupid objections?

First, let’s answer this question. Good MLM leads. What are they? In my opinion, in my definition, good leads are those that you can have a conversation with. Those that actually raise their hand because you’ve specifically had a conversation with them about their pain in their life.

Because let’s face it, sales 101 is we have a pain and we want to solve it. If we want to eat something or if we want something to drink something, we don’t just buy it to buy. We have a pain, right? We have something we want to solve in our life. We have something going on that we want to solve. That’s the deal.

So I’m here today with you because I want you to understand that. A good MLM lead is anybody that you can actually have a conversation with. That you know has a pain. That they have something going on that you can solve in your network marketing company or can solve via its products. It can solve an opportunity or can solve time with their kids and it can solve all sorts of things.

Right? But that’s the deal. That’s what a good MLM lead is. So I’ve been doing this series on buying MLM leads. Should we do that? And my answer is no. Here’s why. We have no idea where those leads came from. We have no relationship with them. We can create that over the phone if you’d like to cold call people. But why would you do that? It’s like using a chainsaw versus a handsaw. So why would you use a handsaw when you have a chainsaw at your disposal?

Social media allows us to generate relationships with people. Awesome relationships with people, right? Yet on the other side of that, some people still fall into this buying leads sector and I don’t want you to do that. I can have a conversation with you and I can figure out what you’re struggling with and what your pain is. That you want time with your kids, that you don’t make enough money, that you don’t like your boss, or XYZ. That my friend is a great lead.

I was just talking to a member of my down line today, Clayton, and I said when I have that answer, getting you to watch the video is easy because I can say, “Hey. I want you to really take a look at the end of this video and the end of this video is going to teach you how you can spend more time with your kids, how you can really, really, really put your head down and just have an amazing time with your kids and release yourself from that job. Where you can bring some stress off of you. Where you can lose weight.” But if I don’t have that pain, good MLM leads are ones that I can generate a pain from.

You see people that fill out a survey online that you buy, not counting, are they expensive? Are they non-targeted? At the end of the day, don’t buy MLM leads.

Good leads are those that you can have a relationship with. You can see them. You see what they’re about. You can see on social media what they do so you can develop rapport with them. You can know whether or not they are somebody that you want your business based on what they do. Because we do the one thing in our life the way we do everything in our life, like it or not, right?
