AI and Healthcare… What a beautiful couple!

Since the end of January 2020, we all heard about Covid-19, a new syndrome from coronavirus discovered in China in December 2019. Covid-19 began to spread fastly, and at the beginning of February 2020, it also reached Europe, America, and other Asian countries like South Korea and Japan. All of us are waiting for a vaccine to stop this virus, but how can we use AI to prevent its spreading in the world, and what type of data can be useful to fight it?

In this way, the application of Machine Learning makes diagnosing faster, and in the future will be possible to develop better systems that will involve the combination of multiple data sources in assessing a disease or its progression.

Extracting data from social media can be very difficult because we have different challenges like filtration on data collection, language spelling mistakes, sampling bias, users’ location, and spams as well as evaluation.
